These terms govern your use of arc.jostarling.com and the programs offered through it, including the INTERACT Arc™ Founder Cohort and Arc Builder. They’re provided by River & Sea Pty Ltd (ABN 95075774579), trading as Jo Starling and Brand Kamp.

By signing up for a program, creating an account, or using Arc Builder, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

We provide marketing education, coaching, and software under the INTERACT Arc™ methodology, including:

• The INTERACT Arc™ Founder Cohort — self-paced video training, live implementation workshops, and personal coaching

• Arc Builder — a software application, currently in MVP (minimum viable product) stage, that helps founders apply the INTERACT Arc™ methodology to their own business

• Related content, including the WINK;) Challenge and Founder Clarity Diagnostic

Arc Builder is MVP

Arc Builder is an early-stage product. It’s actively being developed, and features, stability, and functionality may change. By joining the founding cohort, you’re using a genuinely in-progress tool, in exchange for the terms set out on the Founder Cohort page — founding-cohort pricing, personal coaching, and lifetime access, in return for real use of the tool in your own business and honest feedback on how it performs.

Intellectual Property

The INTERACT Arc™ methodology, framework, and related materials are the intellectual property of River & Sea Pty Ltd / Jo Starling. “The INTERACT Arc™” and “Arc Coach” are proprietary terms; “Arc Coach” is a licensed designation.

If you’re part of the founding cohort, your feedback and input may help shape Arc Builder as a product. This does not transfer, assign, or share any ownership or authorship rights in the INTERACT Arc™ methodology itself to you. Product feedback and methodology are treated separately: you’re helping test whether the tool serves your sector well; you are not a co-author of the framework.

Content you create inside Arc Builder for your own business — your ideas, assets, and Arc — remains yours.

Payment and Refunds

Founding cohort pricing is AU$797, payable as a single, one-time payment. This price includes everything described on the Founder Cohort page: training, live workshops, personal coaching through your first complete Arc iteration, and lifetime access to Arc Builder.

Access to proprietary material is granted upon payment. This payment is therefore non-refundable.

Coaching Scope

Coaching provided through the Founder Cohort is guidance-based, not execution-based. It’s bounded to helping you complete your first full Arc iteration — it is not ongoing, unlimited, or done-for-you work. What “coaching” does and doesn’t include is described in full on the Founder Cohort page.

Acceptable Use

When using Arc Builder or participating in the Founder Cohort, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the INTERACT Arc™ methodology or Arc Builder itself

• Share your account access with people outside your own business without our agreement

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We believe in the INTERACT Arc™ methodology, and we’ll work with you in good faith to help you apply it. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results — your results depend on your own business, market, and effort, same as with any coaching or strategic program.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, River & Sea Pty Ltd isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.

Third-party Services

Arc Builder uses Claude, built by Anthropic, to power Archie, its AI mentor. Your use of Arc Builder is also subject to reasonable, ordinary use of that underlying service. Payments are processed by Stipe under their own terms.

Termination

We can suspend or end your access to Arc Builder or the Founder Cohort if you breach these terms. You can stop using our services at any time; this doesn’t automatically entitle you to a refund — see “Payment and refunds”, above.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
