The funnel wrings people for a sale. The Arc builds them into a tribe.

It’s the journey from a stranger’s first pause to the moment they’d fight for what you stand for — the bridge nobody named until now.

It’s the journey from a stranger’s first pause to the moment they’d fight for what you stand for — the bridge nobody named until now.

The Villain

The funnel was once a good tool. A clever piece of kit for a quieter world — pour many in at the top, catch a few at the bottom. For its time, it worked.

But the world it was built for is gone. The water rose. The channels flooded. Today, we live in an ecosystem drowning in machine-made noise — a billion messages shouting at once — and the old funnel just grinds on, turning people into pulp at the very moment they’re starving to be seen by something real. Someone real.

The environment changed. The mechanism didn’t. That’s the whole problem, and almost everybody feels it, senses it… listen to the founder community and you’ll hear them saying it out loud.

The Alternative

The Arc is not a tactic. It’s a different shape for the whole relationship.

It begins at the Spark — the first pause, the held gaze, the moment a stranger feels something catch. And it builds, unhurried, the way real trust has always built between people: not by pressure, but by recognition. You don’t push anyone along it. You invite. They accept when they’re ready. The founder invites; the person accepts. Nobody is filtered at the door. Nobody is wrung.

At its furthest reach is the Torchbearer — someone who no longer just buys from you but carries your flame; who’d fight for what you stand for, and light the way for others. That’s not a customer base. That’s a tribe.

Between the first pause and the carried flame, there’s a journey with a known shape. I’ll guide you along it. The map — the how — is what I teach. But the why is yours, freely, right now: business does not have to cost you your soul to make you a living.

The Lineage

Seth Godin gave business two words that stuck. Permission — the right to speak to someone who agreed to listen. And Tribe — a people humming around a shared belief, moving together.

Between the front door and the destination lay a road nobody had named: how one person who let you in actually becomes one of your own. That road is the Arc. Permission gets you in the door. Tribe is where you arrive. The Arc is how you travel.
