SHORT & SHARP — 2 nights

Two nights, live-in, overlooking the water. You’ll fish two of our three grounds — flats, channels or beach, chosen on the day depending on conditions — and close the weekend with a sumptuous cure-station feast, prepared from what your group has caught and kept. Sunday morning is unhurried breakfast and coffee with me: your questions answered, your skills sharpened, before you head home.

MASTERY — 3 nights
$1,540 (pay in full)
Everything in “Short & Sharp”, plus the day most people never get. A full extra tide cycle means all three grounds — flats, channels, and beach (conditions allowing) — not two. Sunday morning, your small cohort takes the lead. Your knowledge, your call. Sunday night, the full self-reliance close-out: cure, coals, and smoke, all three, cooked over your own fire. You leave Monday, not Sunday — with more tides read and undeniable proof in your quiver.

From that point — Deposit locked in
Booking the venue requires us to pay for accommodation immediately. That’s the point your deposit becomes non-refundable — because by then, so is ours.
In short: if the weekend doesn’t reach four people and go ahead, you get every cent back. Once it does, we’re genuinely committed on our end too — so your deposit is what keeps the group, and the weekend, real.
