The Exchange
This is a founding cohort — and I want to be completely honest with you about what that actually means, both ways.
What I’m asking of you: Arc Builder is genuinely MVP right now. I built it, I use it, and I believe in it — but I’ve only ever tested it inside my own businesses, in my own sector. I need to know how it holds up somewhere I don’t already know the answer. The workshops carry the same honesty: this exact format — the videos, the live sessions, the pacing — hasn't been run before either. You’re not just stress-testing the app. You’re stress-testing the whole shape of how I teach this. So what I’m asking isn't just “use the app” — it’s real use, inside your actual business, in your actual sector, followed by honest feedback on where any of it breaks, confuses you, or simply doesn’t fit. Not politeness. The real read.
What that isn’t: your input shapes the tool — it doesn’t extend to the Arc methodology itself. You’re helping me pressure-test whether Arc Builder serves your sector well; I’m not asking you to co-author the framework. That’s my job. The app and IP remain mine — I just want to say that plainly here, since this is the one place I’m asking you in close.
Why the coaching is personal: whether we do this part one-to-one or back together as a full cohort — genuinely a call we’ll make together — the coaching lets me walk the Arc journey across sectors I wouldn’t otherwise see up close until I’m working with future clients. I want to know what assets actually matter at each stage for a business that isn’t mine. In return, you get thirty-plus years of building strategic assets, and — where the Goldilocks solution for your situation simply doesn’t exist yet — inventing one with you. I get deeper insight. You get a genuinely bespoke, fit-for-purpose Arc.
Lasting recognition, if you want it: once Arc Builder has grown past this founding stage — genuinely shaped by what you and the others in this cohort surface, not just used by you — I want to credit that properly. Not a logo wall, not a testimonial ask: a permanent mention on the Arc Builder page itself, naming you as one of the people who stress-tested this into something fit for purpose, in whatever sector you bring. Entirely your call whether your name goes on it. And it won’t appear on day one — it’ll go up once it’s actually true, once the tool has visibly moved because of what you gave it.
This is a working collaboration, not a discount with a case-study clause attached. My intention is to over-reward you for it — the founding-cohort pricing is the start of that, not the whole of it.
